Meva Sand Washer SWA
"Meva Sand Washer SWA is designed to dewater and wash sand from desanders or primary sedimentation ponds.
In traditional sand removal systems there is no separation of organic or inorganic materials. As a result, the organic part of the trapped material often amounts to as much as 30-80%. Meva SWA reduces the organic content in the sand to a final product with an ignition loss of 1-5%. This level is internationally prescribed.
The operation-related advantages are, in addition to substantially smaller amounts of sand, a better working environment and lower transportation and disposal costs."
Meva multi Rake Screen MRS
The Meva MRS multirake screen is a mechanical cleaning screen suitable for inlet channels of sewage treatment plants, pumping stations and process industries. The screen captures solid materials in the water that would otherwise be harmful to downstream equipment. The Meva MRS share can be used both as a coarse share and as a fine share with a slot width of only 5 mm. Whatever the application, you'll get a robust design with low maintenance requirements.

Meva XP conveyor screw
Meva Rotoscreen RS
The Meva Rotoscreen is suitable for installation in inlet channels to sewage treatment plants and process industries where a gap of around 1-6mm is required. The Meva Rotoscreen is a self-cleaning fine screen for the separation of solid particles from water. The screen has a very low resistance to flow, which provides low pressure loss and the highest relative capacity of all screen types on the market, which is an advantage for installation in open channels.

Meva Monoscreen RSM
The Meva Monoscreen is a patented self-cleaning fine screen for solids removal from water with very high requirements on the degree of separation. It has been designed to improve the separation of the bottom step of the screen, a weakness in other screens. The Meva Monoscreen provides a sustained slot width across the entire screen surface. The screen can be operated with almost full screening mesh over the entire screen surface, and is the only screen on the market that guarantees a slot width of up to 0.5 millimeters over the entire screen surface, even during functioning.

Meva MCU
The MCU is a compact pretreatment unit for sewage and industrial water. The different stages of the treatment are integrated and are carried out in the same steel container. The Meva MCU is supplied in sizes from 10 l/s to 300 l/s. The unit consists of the well-known and proven Meva Rotoscreen, Meva Monoscreen and Screw Packing (SWP) products.

Lamella NW
The Lamella® plate divider was developed by the Axel Johnson Institute in Sweden during the 1970s and has become a world leader in Lamella technology. Lamella dividers are designed to maximize sedimentation in the smallest possible space. Lamella's popularity is due to several factors; one of the most important is the well-proven design that contributes to the excellent safety and reliability that characterizes Lamella.
Z2000 Sludge sweeper
The Zickert Z200 bottom sludge sweeper is based on the forward and backward movement of the profiles in a hydrodynamic way. The concave side of the profile pushes the sediment into the sludge hopper, while on the return movement the conical part fits under the sludge layer.
The shape of the profile is the result of extensive research. Experiments in test ponds have shown that the concave shape is the optimal solution for various types of sludge, different scraping speeds and the best possible thickening effect.

Zickert Z6600 Siphon
Z3700 Sludge sweeper
The Zickert Z3700 circular sludge sweeper has been designed to transport bottom sludge and optionally also floating scum for circular settling ponds. The system features a drive unit that is fixed to the side of the pond, eliminating the need for a swing bridge structure. The sweeper is electrically driven by a motor, and the vertical drive shaft transfers motion from the motor, located at the top of the pond, to the sweeper located at the bottom of the pond.
